UX/UI Designer

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City, working on large-scale digital transformation initiatives for automotive industry clients. This role offers the opportunity to shape meaningful digital experiences while working with global stakeholders across APAC regions.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead the UX/UI design process for enterprise-level digital transformation projects, from ideation, conception to implementation 

- Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and research insights 

- Develop detailed, modern, and intuitive user interfaces for complex enterprise applications 

- Create and maintain design systems, wireframes, user flows, and prototypes 

- Effectively communicate design decisions and UX/UI value propositions to non-designer stakeholders 

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business analysts 

- Conduct and participate in client workshops and presentations 

- Ensure consistency in design language and user experience across multiple projects 

- Stay current with UX/UI trends and best practices, particularly in automotive and enterprise solutions 

- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience 

- Proven experience working on enterprise-level digital transformation projects 

- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving through user-centered design 

- Expert proficiency in Figma and Miro 

- Excellence in creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs 

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies 

- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions to diverse stakeholders 

- Experience in handling multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality and timelines 

- Fluent in English with excellent presentation and client-facing communication skills 

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in automotive industry projects 

- Knowledge of SAP platforms and enterprise commerce solutions 

- Experience with design systems and component libraries 

- Understanding of APAC markets and user behaviors 

- Experience working with distributed teams across different time zones 

Work Environment:

- Hybrid working model based in Ho Chi Minh City
