Job description
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct discovery workshops with clients to gather requirements, perform “As-Is”, Fit/Gap analysis and align Salesforce technology’s offerings and capabilities to the client’s business needs
- Engage internal implementation team on client requirements, solution design, build, testing and solution delivery
- Develop and deliver documentation deliverables across the project phases including Solution Architecture and Technical Design document
- Participate in developing software applications using Salesforce technologies
- Provide support in a pre-sale’s capacity (demos, proposals)
- Continually improve knowledge and expertise on Salesforce.com solutions, knowledge sharing and training to newcomers.
- Analyze business needs and recommend the most appropriate Salesforce solutions, including cloud products, configurations, and customizations.
- Develop and demonstrate proof-of-concept prototypes to showcase the solution's value and capabilities.
- Evaluate the feasibility of implementing the proposed solution within the client's budget and timeline.
- Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
Job requirements:
- Minimum 5 years work experience in Salesforce Projects Implementation with strong technical and coding skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform and its core features.
- Mandatory hands-on experience in Apex, Aura, LWC and Integration.
- Experience in Sales, Service and Manufacting Cloud. Industry specific cloud experience and Einstine is an added advantage.
- Good analysis, design thinking and critical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills; ability to influence through communication.
- Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer-1 Certifications.
- Highly motivated and success oriented.
- Able to work in multi-cultural and multi-geolocation team.
- Client engagement experience across APAC region a plus.
