We are seeking an accomplished Senior Sales Executive to lead business development for SAI Digital Japan, with a strategic focus on expanding our offerings in Offshore Development Center (ODC) solutions and SAP-related digital transformation services.
The ideal candidate will combine established industry relationships with a deep, consultative understanding of enterprise IT ecosystems, enabling them to secure and close complex, high-value engagements within a global delivery framework.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Revenue and Strategic Partnership
You will hold accountability for market penetration and revenue growth across strategic client segments:
- Revenue Generation: Drive significant new business opportunities and achieve revenue growth targets for our ODC and SAP digital transformation offerings.
- Target Market Penetration: Strategically identify and engage prospective enterprise clients across high-priority sectors, including Manufacturing, Retail, and Financial Services.
- Executive Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior decision-makers across business and IT functions in major enterprise accounts.
- Solution Architecture: Collaborate closely with global offshore delivery teams and internal counterparts to design sophisticated, tailored solutions and compelling technical and commercial proposals.
- Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage and control the entire sales process, from targeted lead generation and qualification through to complex contract negotiation and final closure.
- Market Representation: Act as a key representative for SAI Digital Japan in high-level client meetings, industry conferences, and professional forums.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Skills for Success
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following strategic and technical competencies:
- ODC & Managed Services Expertise: Proven track record in successfully selling and delivering complex Offshore Development Center (ODC) or large-scale managed service offerings.
- SAP Domain Knowledge: Strong foundational and strategic understanding of SAP ERP and its surrounding ecosystem, facilitating expert-level client consultation.
- Market Connectivity: An established network and verifiable relationships within enterprise clients in Japan, particularly across the Manufacturing, Retail, or Financial Services sectors.
- Bilingual Capability: Native-level fluency in Japanese and professional, fluent English communication skills (verbal and written) to manage both local client relationships and global team collaboration.
- Proven Sales Achievement: Demonstrated history of consistent sales performance, including meeting or exceeding demanding targets.
- Autonomy and Drive: Self-driven and highly effective, comfortable operating autonomously and delivering results within an entrepreneurial, high-pace global organization.
- Global Acumen: Prior experience working effectively within a multinational or cross-cultural business environment.
