Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruitment Specialist to support the growth of our technology teams. In this role, you will work closely with Hiring Managers to identify hiring needs, attract top technical talent, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
- Prepare and update Job Descriptions based on role requirements and company standards.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and support the offer process.
- Maintain recruitment databases, tracking systems, and talent pipelines.
- Build strong networks in the IT talent market, identify effective sourcing channels and take initiative to enhance hiring effectiveness.
- Provide recruitment reports and insights to support hiring decisions.
- Ensure smooth onboarding by following up with candidates until the completion of probation.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT/Software companies.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and technologies.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
- Positive attitude with a proactive, “can-do” mindset.
- Continuous learner who keeps up with industry trends and emerging recruitment technologies.
