Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our finance team. This role will work directly with the Head of Finance to drive financial planning processes, provide analytical support, and develop insights to guide strategic decision-making in our fast-paced IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial reports
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process for the organization
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities
• Perform project-based financial analysis for IT service contracts
• Assist with resource utilization analysis and capacity planning
• Support pricing decisions and contract profitability assessments
• Develop and maintain financial models for scenario planning
• Contribute to process improvements in financial reporting and analysis

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in IT or professional services
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Knowledge of accounting principles across all items in the financial statements
• Excellent communication skills (English & Vietnamese) to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders
• Experience with IT service delivery metrics and outsourcing contracts is a plus
• The ability to work and deliver results independently

Preferred Skills

• ACCA/CPA/CFA is a plus
• Experience with data visualization tools (i.e Power BI…)
• Knowledge of project-based accounting and resource allocation
• Understanding of IT service delivery models and cost structures
