This role is part of SAI Digital, a Concentrix company. We use creativity to make technology work for people. You'll lead creative across everything from integrated campaigns to social posts, while working in an environment where CX technology and creative problem-solving intersect.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We're looking for a Creative Director who can develop creative strategies that connect business objectives to human truths, across any channel, any medium. Someone who can lead multidisciplinary teams to create campaigns, experiences, content, and social work that performs.

The ideal candidate has deep experience leading creative in agency environments, with a portfolio that demonstrates both strategic thinking and craft across multiple channels. You need comfort presenting to C-suite stakeholders and defending creative decisions with clear rationale. You should have concepted and shipped work that ranges from integrated brand campaigns to daily social content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build creative strategies: You'll develop the creative vision for multiple clients simultaneously. You'll translate business problems into creative frameworks, grow brand equity, and keep clients competitive through ideas that break through. This includes everything from integrated campaigns to ongoing content programs.
  • Lead creative teams: You'll work with strategists, art directors, copywriters, designers, and content specialists to develop campaigns, build experiences, and create content that engage. You'll push the work to the highest standard while keeping projects on timeline and budget.
  • Manage and mentor: You'll directly oversee creative team members and develop their skills. You'll make them better at their craft, not just manage their time.
  • Present and defend: You'll present creative work to senior stakeholders and defend decisions with strategic rationale. You'll know when to push and when to listen.
  • Support SAI's growth: Alongside client work, you'll contribute to building SAI's own brand and positioning our capabilities in the market.
  • Maintain standards: You'll ensure quality across all deliverables—from campaign concepting to social posts to final production. You'll be comfortable moving between strategic thinking and reviewing production details.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 8+ years in creative roles at agencies or brand-side, with proven track record leading teams for minimum 3 years
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and execution across multiple channels, campaigns, digital, social, content, experiential
  • Experience presenting to C-level executives and senior stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of digital platforms, social channels, and how creative performs across touchpoints
  • Ability to integrate AI at the core of creative workflows, from ideation to production to optimization
  • Proficiency in creative software and collaborative tools
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills in English
