Collaborates with: Design Team, Motion Designers, Tech Team (Note: This is a hands-on writing role. You will not manage other writers; you are the voice.)
This role is part of SAI Digital, a Concentrix company. We use creativity to make technology work for people. You'll lead the content engine across B2B and B2C landscapes, acting as the primary writer and strategist for both client campaigns and SAI’s internal brand.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We're looking for a Content Manager who loves the blank page. You are a hybrid: part Strategist, part Copywriter, and part Publisher.
We don't need someone to just manage a calendar; we need someone to write the content that fills it. You will be the primary pen for the agency, pivoting seamlessly between high-touch B2B thought leadership (Whitepapers, LinkedIn) and high-speed B2C engagement (Social Scripts, Web Copy, Ad Creatives).
You will act as the "Editor-in-Chief" and "Lead Writer" for two distinct worlds:
- External: Writing high-performance copy for our global clients across diverse industries.
- Internal: Writing the voice of SAI Digital-crafting our case studies, newsletters, and ghostwriting thought leadership for our executives.
Crucially, you understand that "writing" has evolved. You aren't just writing for humans; you are writing for machines. You are familiar with AEO and GEO ensuring your copy is structured to be found by AI search tools like Perplexity and Gemini.
What makes this role distinct: You are a "doer." You won’t be managing a pool of copywriters. You will work directly alongside Designers to concept, write, and ship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on Copywriting (B2B & B2C): You are the writer. One hour you might be crafting a technical article on CX transformation (B2B), and the next you are writing a witty script for a 15-second TikTok (B2C). You must have the range to handle both tones with authority.
- Internal Brand Voice: You will write the narrative for SAI Digital. This includes crafting case studies that win awards, writing internal culture comms, and ghostwriting LinkedIn articles for our leadership team to position us as industry experts.
- Next-Gen Optimization (AEO & GEO): You will write with "Search 3.0" in mind. You will structure your articles and web copy to answer user intent directly, optimizing for visibility in Generative Engine results.
- Content Strategy & Calendar: You own the roadmap. You’ll plan what we write, why we write it, and where it goes. You ensure we aren't just creating "noise," but delivering value.
- CMS & Publishing: You don't just write the doc; you own the publish button. You are comfortable working inside CMS platforms to stage, tag, and optimize your content for live deployment.
- Performance Analysis: You’ll track how your writing performs. Does the headline click? Does the long-form piece convert? You’ll use data to sharpen your pen.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years in a Copywriting, Content Marketing, or Journalism role. Agency experience is preferred.
- Exceptional Writing Skills: You must be a native or near-native English speaker with impeccable grammar and a flair for storytelling.
- Versatility (The "Switch"): Proven ability to write dense, professional B2B content AND punchy, casual B2C social copy. Your portfolio must show both.
- AEO/GEO Knowledge: You understand how AI Large Language Models (LLMs) retrieve information and you know how to format content (schema, structure, direct answers) to capture that traffic.
- Independence: You are comfortable being the sole writer on a project, taking a brief from the Creative Director and running with it.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with CMS platforms (WordPress, AEM, etc.) and collaborative tools (Jira).
- AI Augmented: You know how to use AI tools to accelerate your workflow (research, outlining) without letting them replace your creative voice.
