We are looking for an experienced, high energy, result driven Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales management experience, having sold software solutions to enterprise customers within the Korea Market.

Your responsibilities:
담당업무
– Own and deliver on Sales targets
영업 목표 수립 및 실행
– Build Go-To-Market plans for SAI Digital’s specific sales segments
SAI Digital의 특정 영업 분야에 대한 시장 진출 계획 수립
– Identify top target accounts in the assigned territory from technology perspective.
기술적 관점을 기반으로 담당지역 내 주요 고객사 발굴
– Build effective relationships with top management at customers by articulating the business/technology value proposition of SAI Digital
SAI Digital의 비즈니스/기술 가치제안을 통한 고객사 주요 경영진과의 효과적인 관 계 구축
– Penetrate prospect target accounts for new business as well as establish and work with partners (if required).
신규 비즈니스를 위한 잠재적인 거래처를 이해하고 파트너와 함께 거래선을 구축, 협업 (필요 시)
– In the sales stage, prepare solutions, demos, and proof of ideas with the help of other teams, if necessary.
필요한 경우, 영업 단계에서 다른 팀과 협업하여 솔루션 준비, 실증 및 아이디어 증명 등의 업무 수행
– In charge of completing new business deals with top corporations/conglomerates.
주요기업 및 대기업과의 신규 비즈니스의 완료 업무 담당
– Gain insights into Industry challenges, competitive landscape, financial performance trends, key business measure performance, global benchmarks, business benefits and ROI
업계의 당면 과제, 경쟁 환경, 재무 동향, 주요 비즈니스 성과 척도, 글로벌 벤치마킹, 비즈니스 이익 및 ROI에 대한 통찰력 확보

Job requirements:   
자격 요건
– Native Korean (한국인 채용)
– Strong communication abilities and business level fluency (written and spoken) in  Korean and English.
우수한 커뮤니케이션 능력과 유창한 비즈니스 영어 능력 보유
– Minimum 5-8 years of experience in same domain.
해당 분야에 5년~8년 경력 보유
– Proven experience in exceeding sales quotas and targets.
영업 할당량과 목표치 이상을 초과 달성한 입증된 경험 보유
– It will be a major plus if you are familiar with e-commerce platforms like SAP, Salesforce, Sitecore or Shopify Plus…
