Main Responsibilities: 

• Consulting and implementation of Salesforce applications like Salesforce Sales Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud based on customer’s requirements.
• Bring strategic and tactical Manufacturing and Marketing perspectives and consult best practices to the customer.
• Be the point of contact between the customer and internal teams to understand requirements for new features or change requests to existing functionality for Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud.
• Possess ability to lead customer discussions, facilitate discovery for new feature implementations, improvements in existing implementations and provide training to customer.
• Provide periodic updates on the progress of service tickets to customer based on pre-defined SLA’s.
• Participate in team collaboration to understand project requirements and translate those requirements into clear and comprehensive user stories
• Consult on intricacies of Sales, Manufacturing and Marketing alignment in Salesforce ecosystem
• Understand customer data and how data can affect customer’s manufacturing and marketing objectives.
• Help to ensure project(s) achieve their intended implementation goals and aim for continuous improvements using industry best practices. Bring forward recommendations on projects to achieve even greater results
• Create deliverables that meet customer needs and present deliverables to customer.
• Improvement to and maintenance of Manufacturing Cloud & Marketing Consulting Services processes and templates.
• Having experience in Salesforce administration is a plus.

• Strong consulting/professional services experience
• Willing to learn Salesforce Manufacturing & Marketing Cloud and do custom development to meet customer requirements.
• Well versed in designing campaigns based on campaign brief received
• Should be able to recommend solutions and design the application accordingly
• Knowledge of agile software development process
• Excellent command of English communications skills (speaking, reading and writing). Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with users, team members and management.
• Good listening and interviewing skills to understand a customer’s business environment and processes
• Proven ability to document business requirements in an accurate, unambiguous, and succinct fashion
• Exceptional presentation and customer relation skills
• Excellent organizational, analytical, as well as oral and written communication skills
• Aptitude to learn and understand new and emerging technologies
• Ability to work with minimal direction on multiple projects
• Thorough, detailed oriented and ability to articulate questions and requirements for client and team members
• Knowledge of Agile (Scrum) software development lifecycle is plus
• Previous experience working with tools like JIRA & MIRO is a plus
