Your responsibilities:

As a Presales Specialist you will be in-charge of the following:

  • Assist the process of selling and closing new business with top corporations/conglomerates
  • Prepare solutions, demo, proof of concepts during the sales stage
  • Help sales people penetrate prospect target accounts for new business by preparing SAI Digital value proposition to the end customers
  • Assist sales people to identify top target accounts in the assigned territory from technology perspective
  • Gain insights into Industry challenges, competitive landscape, financial performance trends, performance on key business metrics, global benchmarks, business benefits and ROI
  • Help to prepare estimates, project plans and scope of work

Job requirements:

  • BS (or higher) degree required (MBA is preferable)
  • Local Japanese
  • Business level English: Fluent
  • Minimum 5 – 7 years total work experience, with 3 + experience in IT presales
  • Experience in writing proposal/business documents/demo of commerce & other customer experience solutions (such as SAP Commerce Cloud/Sitecore/Magento/Shopify/Salesforce)
  • Proven track in business application software presales & good understanding of technologies
  • Good listening and interviewing skills to understand a customer’s business environment and processes
