You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth interpreting from Japanese to English and vice versa to contribute to the successful delivery of company IT projects. This includes:

• Responsible for internal/external communication in Japanese and English (online conference, face to face meeting, email, documents…)
• Work directly with Customers/Account Managers to clarify requirements, support project communication in all cycles.
• Work directly with the development team to ensure all team members understand well the requirements of the projects.
• Consult Japanese business practice and culture in case necessary.

• Good communication skills in Japanese and English (both verbal and written)
• Having at least 3 years experience in relevant position in IT industry.
• Good understanding of software development process
• Well-organized, capable of performing multiple tasks, able to work under high pressure
• Influencing people/building efficiency is a plus
