Key responsibilities:

We are looking for HR Generalist who enjoys working in fast pace environment to manage all Human Resource (HR) activities including hiring, administration, people engagement to build our strong team in Japan.


  • Responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Handle administrative and payroll tasks for admin for accuracy and compliance
  • Design and implement culture-building initiatives to foster a positive and engaging work environment.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues to engage people
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Other tasks assigned by country head.

Job requirements:

    • At least 2-3 years of experience as HR generalist, HRBP.
    • Great experience in hiring, especially in direct sourcing
    • Excellent people interaction and multitasking skills
    • Any working experience in fast pace environment is highly appreciated
    • Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
    • Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
    • Expertise in MS Office Suite
