Key responsibilities:
- Assist clients in the selection, implementation, and support of CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
- Lead multiple projects or lead to implement new functionalities and improve existing functionalities including articulating, analyzing requirements, and translating them into effective solutions
- Define and execute the unit test, integration test, and regression test scripts to validate key end-to-end business scenarios and troubleshoot complex functional issues/bugs identified during implementation testing, and post-Go Live Support
- Ensures consistent, timely, and effective communications with internal and external stakeholders
- Keep track of customer satisfaction
Job requirements:
- Knowledge and experience in implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support
- Experience in leading requirements workshops, designing Solution Blueprints and getting Customer sign offs on deliverables
- Experience in working with teams to prioritize work and drive system solutions by clearly articulating business needs
- Working Experience in any CRM or Marketing Cloud .etc
- Experience both with Project & Production Support knowledge
- Should have good experience / strong domain knowledge in the CRM area
- Strong understanding of business processes behind customer programs
