As Functional consultant in Pre-sales team, you help break down technical barriers to enable our sales team to show customers how they can accelerate the growth of their business with our services, including:
- Prepare SAI Digital value proposition to the end customers
- Prepare solutions, customized product demo, proof of concepts during the sales stage, advise potential customers on technical solutions for the best business success on the platform.
- Mentor and coach the sales team on functional aspects
- Gain insights into Industry challenges, competitive landscape, financial performance trends, performance on key business metrics, global benchmarks, business benefits…
- Be an advocate/trusted advisor for the customers always by bringing your insights and knowledge to our product teams
- Native or fluent in Japanese & English
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B pre-sales/solutions engineering.
- Experience in writing proposal/business documents/demo of commerce solutions (preferably SAP Commerce, Cloud/Sitecore/Magento/Shopify/Salesforce)
- Good customer facing skills
- Knowledge of agile software development process and understanding of service delivery
- A desire to learn, master and teach our growing enterprise customers, partner agencies, and internal teams
