Key responsibilities:

About the Position

Solution Architects play a key role SAI Digital’s organisation and are critical to the success of winning new clients and ensuring our projects are scoped and delivered correctly. You are the Technical interface for the customer and act as an integrated part of the sales team with deep product and related technology expertise. Your role is to be a trusted advisor both internally and to our customers. You should drive opportunities by working closely with our sales and pre-sales teams, leveraging our strong partner and vendor relationships to create outstanding and practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the eCommerce and CX sales team to identify high value use cases and develop customer centric solutions & roadmaps, with an emphasis on value, practicality and technical capability
  • Lead technical workshops to assist the customer to define their business needs and to map capabilities back to their solution/platform functions
  • Deliver high quality presentations, demos, PoCs and other technical activities that differentiate our solutions in ways that are relevant to our customers
  • Work closely with channel partner technical teams to design solutions relevant to each platform
  • Partner with clients developing long term relationships and help develop their technical strategy and roadmap for their business needs

    • 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales or consulting relating to technology solutions, SaaS, ecommerce, enterprise software, infrastructure or applications development
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients
    • Previous experience with software development, software integration, APIs and software solutioning
    • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams from sales to software engineers
    • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
    • Hands-on, high energy, passionate problem solver
    • Proven track record in modern technology organisations
    • Flexible, fast learner, autonomous and organised
