Your responsibilities:

  • As a business consultant, you will build relationship with the client, deeply understand client’s organisation, business model and strategy, strengths, and pain points
  • You will guilde and inspire client’s solutions, facilitating workshops, leading business requirements discovery and analysis, supporting estimation and prioritisation, proposing improvements and automation through native features and customisations
  • You will drive functional project delivery from the functional perspective, ensure continuous alignment and transparency between the client and the delivery teams
  • A Business Consultant will present project progress and results , promote value-driven and data-driven approach, analyse, present and monitor business outcomes using metrics
  • You will be engaged in pre-sales activities, leading offer submissions and RFP responses, partnering with Account executives and sales engineers to optimise the solutions

Job requirements:

  • Successfully completed university degree or higher
  • Practical familiarity with the SAP/Sitecore/Salesforce/Shopify products
  • Solid understanding manufacturing and automotive as domains.
  • You have proven experience in extensive consulting and delivery
  • You have a positive, pro-active and outgoing attitude backed by highly developed interpersonal skills which allow you interacting with a diverse audience from business stakeholders to technical architects and developers
  • You have experience with for Design Thinking tools and techniques will be beneficial
  • Fluent Japanese & English language skills are MUST
