WORK LOCATION: BANGKOK, THAILAND

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

As a Client Engagement Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Understanding the local client landscape from a digital and eCommerce perspective
• Liaise with local and regional SAP sales team to develop sales leads
• Actively seek to develop and nurture sales leads within your region
• Develop trusted relationships with prospective clients and local business partners
• Assist with pre-sales and product demonstrations
• Assist with writing customer proposals
• Understanding the client’s business needs, capturing the requirements and translating to a
succinct requirements list that will serve as the input to the software designers
• Understand the needs of the project stakeholders, and work accordingly to satisfy them with
appropriate solutions
• Participate in peer reviews and inspections of requirements documents. Participate in peer
reviews of work products derived from requirements specifications to ensure that the
requirements were interpreted correctly
• Serve as an internal point of contact for Development whenever requirements need to be
clarified

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 

• BS (or higher) degree required (MBA is preferable)
• Minimum 3-4 years in software solution sales
• Well-presented, mature and confident to convey ideas and concepts clearly with C-level
executives
• High competency in written and spoken English communications skills
• Good listening and interviewing skills to understand a customer’s business environment and
processes
• Aptitude to learn and understand new and emerging technologies;
• Ability to work with minimal direction on multiple projects;

• Thorough, paying attention to details;
• Knowledge of Agile (Scrum) software development lifecycle is plus
