CORPORATE MARKETING COORDINATOR

 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Corporate Marketing Coordinator who will be essential to driving revenue growth as a key contributor to generating and nurturing qualified leads for marketing and sales on APAC region. Working under the direction of the Digital Marketing Manager , this person will work closely with sales operations to ensure lead quality, follow-up and movement through the sales funnel. This role will be involved in the development, execution and evaluation of strategic marketing campaigns with the primary mission of helping fill the pipeline and driving leads from opportunities to wins! The Coordinator also will assist and support with communication and marketing campaigns, collateral, events, and other initiatives as assigned.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with improvement and development of lead nurturing email campaigns across APAC region
  • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
  • Measure effectiveness of campaign results and analyze pipeline activity to understand how our inbound marketing campaigns convert or influence leads, and continually refine process.
  • Manage and maintain marketing database including list segmentation, quarterly hygiene and identification of net new targets.
  • Develops internal and external communications materials, including but not limited to, weekly company updates, feature stories, communications plans, key messages, and more.
  • Assists in the development and distribution of company-wide information, communicating across a variety of internal channels consistently to ensure employees are informed and engaged.
  • Coordinates communication programs and projects.
  • Provides copy editing assistance as needed.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation
  • Experience working within the Asia Pacific region
  • Native English
  • Strategic thinker
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills (intercultural context)
  • Knowledgeable in and proficient using social media tools for communications, such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
  • Creative mindset – not afraid of trying new things
  • High attention to detail
  • Collaborative spirit and positive attitude
  • Any additional language knowledge will be considered a plus
